Hello. I’m Dan Foley of Mica Media.
I’m a PHP web developer. By this I mean I can make your web site do anything you might want. (And i do mean ANYTHING). From large database driven web applications, to smaller content controlled web sites, to simply coding your design in valid HTML and CSS, using PHP includes.
I’m not a designer. Tricia Brancolini is Mica Media’s resident designer. Maybe she’ll start posting soon. I’m the guy the codes the site and adds all sorts of functionality.
I’ve got all sorts of things to talk about, and I’ll be posting more soon. For now here’s something I’ve learned lately:
Always use version control! I’ve been using SVN version control on my projects lately, and it’s been wonderful. More on that later.
