PHP Programmer Wanted

We are looking to subcontract work when needed to another local PHP programmer.

We will expect you to work and code how we ask you to. We will outline how we like to do things, let you look our code, and we'll expect you to do it in the same way. Of course if you have other ideas, we are more then willing to here them, just know that our vote is final. And certainly don't do anything new without asking us first.

This means you need to know OOP programming inside and out. You need to know the Prototype Javascript Library and Scriptilitious. You need to know MySQL inside and out. You are REQUIRED to code every by hand in your favorite text editor. (we use Edit Plus).

We will set up a development server for you. You'll code from there.

We will work mostly via email, but you must be willing to meet at least once a week if needed (most likely it won't be needed every week)

Currently we can start you off on some small work here and there to test your abilities. The more we trust you the more work we will give you.

If you are a really good PHP programmer, we like working together, and if we trust you, you you could end up working full time. The possibilities are endless. If you are ok with starting slow while you build my trust, then lets start working together.
